I suppose you’re right about ShowDown Season 107 Rally Fighter being the dominating one, but it isn’t clear from the table where Camaro SS have the best time for 1/4 mile while the event is 1/2 mile.

In Championship Showdown Season 141 the times you have listed are not the 1/2 mile times. Those are 1/4 mile times. Even though these are tier 3 cars, the Showdown is still a 1/2 race. Having 1/2 mile times listed would be more helpful than 1/4 mile times if we can gather those. I know they are not kept for tier 3 and lower.
