The Toyota GR Supra needs to be at Elite Level 25 in order to be able to progress further than Dress to Impress race 30. next your car has to be at Elite Level 30 in order to be able to progress further than Dress to Impress Evolution race 15. finally your car has to be at Elite Level 35 in order to be able to progress further than Dress to Impress Evolution race 30.
