BMW M4 GTS Specifications
The real M4 GTS
To earn the abbreviation GTS, BMW gave the M4 a major makeover. BMW fitted the three-liter inline-six biturbo with the water injection system familiar from the SafetyCar and now produces 500 hp. Maximum torque climbs to 600 Nm. The GTS still comes with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and active rear-axle limited-slip differential, the GTS sprints from 0 – 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. The M4 GTS is rated at a top speed of 305 km/h. We also know the standard consumption: 8.3 liters per 100 kilometers. Much more interesting, however, should be the mentioned Nordschleife time: BMW names 7:28 min for the 1,510 kg M4 GTS.
The BMW M4 GTS is fitted with forged 19-inch wheels at the front and 20-inch wheels at the rear. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires in the dimensions 265/35 R19 at the front and 285/30 R20 at the rear are fitted.
And what does the fun cost? With a base price of 142,600 euros, the GTS is almost twice as expensive as a normal M4 Coupé, which costs 72,500 euros as a manual and 76,400 euros as a dual clutch.
The CSR2 BMW M4 GTS
The 5 yellow star BMW can fit 91 Fusion parts. So far nothing special. The M4 should run 11.680s. To sum up, the M$ GTS is not one of the faster cars in Tier 4.
