Ben Sopra GT-R Specifications
The real Nissan
This white R35 GT-R is probably one of the most easily recognizable Japanese demo cars of 2012, a car that has been shown over the years at the Tokyo Auto Salon through its very ambitious development process. It was to become Ken Nomura’s next D1 Grand Prix drift machine, a beast capable of unleashing a 1000 horsepower punch and specially built by the guys at Blitz. It was pure coincidence that Mr. Ueta of BenSopra, looking for a car for his wild aero conversion, found out that this GT-R was quietly put up for sale.
The conversion to the BenSopra demonstration car was completed in time for the Tokyo Motor Show in early 2012 year, where it impressed the tuning industry in Japan and around the world. Even before he created the car, Mr. Ueta wanted to lash out wildly, wilder than anyone had ever done with an R35 before. The final look is the result of careful design by a professional aerodynamicist with experience in Super GT, which gives the R35’s exterior an obvious race car feel.
The CSR2 Ben Sopra GT-R
The 5 purple star Nissan can fit 135 Fusion parts. So far nothing special. The Nissan should run 7.159s. To sum up, the BenSopra GT-R is one of the faster cars in Tier 5.
