M2 Competition specifications
The real BMW M2
In April 2018 at the Auto China in Beijing, BMW presented the M2 Competition, a version with an increased power output of 30 kW (40 hp). To achieve this, BMW used an engine from the BMW S55 engine series; it complies with stricter emissions regulations in the M2 and M4. This is because it has a petrol particulate filter “in relevant EU countries”.
If you choose the so-called M Driver’s Package, which includes a voucher for driver training, the top speed is regulated at 280 km/h instead of 250 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds. The M2 Competition has been delivered since September 2018.
The BMW can fit 77 Fusion parts, so far nothing special. The M2 should run 7.955s
