Italdesign Zerouno Duerta Specifications
The real Zerouno Duerta
The Huracán and Audi R8 power the Zerouno Duerta as the super-exclusive Zerouno super sports car presented in 2017 – the Zerouno’s engine features Audi Sport.
So the Zerouno Duerta also has the 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine, which comes to 610 hp in the Italdesign car. That gets the open-top sports car to 100 mph in 3.2 seconds and a good 320 km/h top speed. Key to the good driving performance is the lower weight. Italdesign formed the body of the Zerouno Duerta of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic, just like that of the 2017 coupe.
The Italians quoted a dry weight of 1,400 kilograms for the coupe, which is probably about 100 kilograms less than for the Audi R8, which has a kerb weight of 1,795 kilograms as a Roadster.
There are only 5 examples of the Duerta. The unit price here is 1.9 million euros, excluding VAT.
However, the Zerouno is not only intended as a treat for collectors, but also as a showcase for Italdesign that demonstrates the company’s capabilities outside the VW Group.
The CSR2 Zerouno Duerta
The 5 yellow star Zerouno Duerta can fit 128 Fusion parts. So far nothing special. The Italdesign should run 7.320s. To sum up, the Duerta is not one of the fastest cars in Tier 5.
